We are confident that you will love your purchase, but we know that things do not always work out. Your happiness is important to us & if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below and if you have any questions, please email us at info@radikalgear.com
REFUND POLICY:
Our policy lasts 14 days for shipped orders (from delivery date). If the 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. You must request your refund in writing by email to info@radikalgear.com within the 14 day timeframe.
Additionally, to be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and follow the guidelines.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All exchanges that require shipping is at the expense of the customer for both ways to and from warehouse.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
EXCHANGES:
Due to the fast-moving pace of our limited inventory we cannot exchange merchandise as we cannot guarantee that the size you want to exchanging for will be in-stock at the time we receive your return. It is best to go ahead and purchase the item you want and then use your store credit from the return towards your next purchase. Again, all returns must be made within the 14 day policy.
GIFTS:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the credit to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
To return your product, please contact info@radikalgear.com within 14 days of delivery of your purchased item for instructions.
We do not provide return labels. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and any refunds will be minus the original shipping charges.
Please include invoice (receipt) inside the package.
Items returned outside the 14-day policy and/or do not fit the return guidelines will be donated to charity after 30 days.
If you are returning an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CANCELLATIONS:
Because we do our best to ship out your orders as fast as possible, we are unable to cancel any orders which have already shipped out. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, we cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled but we will make every effort to try to cancel your order if at all possible.
